    • We believe we could do all things through christ jesus!!
    • We believe the education and empowerment of women throughout the world cannot fail with us all together.
    • We believe in having fun and making a statement without saying a word.
    • We believe that every woman should bloom gracefully and for herself.

    Mission and Vision Statement

     

    Our mission for Blooming Beautees is to mentor girls with life skills to fulfill her God - given purpose and overcome obstacles with diginty , intergrity, creativity, and leadership from a biblical worldview.

     

    Our vision is to rescue and prevent girls from dangerous destructive life experiences. While focusing on reviving their spirtualilty with christ. To raise them to maturity until they are established young ladies prepared to represent excellence in their respective callings and careers.

    1. Self-Esteem and Confidence

    • Affirmation: Reinforce their strengths and unique qualities.
    • Overcoming Fear: Help them address fears of failure or rejection.
    • Encouragement: Celebrate their efforts and small victories.

    • Promote self-acceptance and body positivity.
    • Address any early signs of self-criticism or comparison with others.
    • Emphasize health and self-care rather than appearance.

    your CEO ,“Blooming Queen” certified spiritual & life coach. Like many other inspiring women, Coach Bloom has had to learn to break cycles while allowing god to be the root of life and it’s success. Coach bloom is on a mission to assist every girl into her Blooming season, by slaying, praying, and dominating goals.

     

    While it may seem like much for some. coach bloom is here to help girls like you, understand that YOU’RE not average. That you’ve been called to set the standard. With this mission, she has already helped many young women to become independent, God-fearing, entrepreneurs ,and overly confident in themselves. While Coach Bloom not only have a loving sisterhood. she also provides resources, strategies, and tools to assist every girl on her personal journey.

       Meet Coach Aneisha “Toni” Reid

     

    A passionate youth mentor coach dedicated to empowering young girls to reach their full potential. With a strong foundation in sorority affiliation, community service, and entrepreneurship, Coach Toni brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service to her role as a mentor. As a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Coach Toni understands the importance of sisterhood and support networks.

     

     

     

    Coach Toni’s approach to mentorship goes beyond just offering advice; she is committed to nurturing the holistic development of young girls. She focuses on confidence-building, providing a safe space for them to express themselves and explore their passions. Coach Toni mentors with empathy and understanding, guiding her mentees through challenges and celebrating their victories.

     

     

    Entrepreneurship is another passion of Coach Toni’s. As a successful business owner, she understands the value of hard work, determination, and innovation. Through her entrepreneurial journey, Coach Toni inspires the girls she mentors to dream big and pursue their goals fearlessly. She teaches them valuable skills such as leadership, problem-solving, and resilience, preparing them for success in the ever-changing world.

     

     

    Real-world application is a cornerstone of Coach Toni’s mentorship philosophy. She believes in equipping young girls with practical skills that they can use in their everyday lives. From teaching etiquette and poise to helping them navigate social situations and professional environments, Toni empowers her mentees to excel in any setting.
